A website for Doletin Mechanical.

For Doletin Mechanical, the website puts the practical questions first: what the workshop repairs, where to find it, when it opens and how to request a booking.

Make it easy to decide whether to call

Doletin is a mechanical workshop at 2 Bridge Street in Berserker. Its website needed to explain the range of repair work and give drivers an obvious way to contact the workshop, including people looking for weekend help.

I organised the page around that decision. Service information appears before the booking form, and the opening hours, location and phone number are easy to find. Drivers can read about the workshop before sending their vehicle details.

Use the workshop’s own identity

The red, black and chrome design comes from Doletin’s existing logo. Photos from the workshop show the work and setting behind the business. The page covers servicing, diagnostics, brakes, transmission work, engine repairs and tyres.

For a local trade business, those details help a visitor work out whether the service fits their job. The address and directions are included alongside the contact options so the next step is clear on a phone.

A booking request with useful job details

The form asks for the customer’s contact details, vehicle and the work they need. They can also add a preferred day and extra notes. It is a request for the workshop to follow up and confirm, rather than an automatically confirmed appointment.

The completed site brings the service information, workshop photos, contact details and enquiry form together. This case study documents that delivery. Booking growth, sales and search-ranking changes have not been measured here.
