Do you post fake reviews?

No. Fake reviews are against Google's terms, easy to spot and can get your profile removed entirely. Michael Evans Media only generates reviews from real customers through legitimate outreach. The goal is volume from genuine happy customers — and every business has more of those than their review count suggests.

What do you do with a bad review?

Respond quickly, professionally and in your voice — acknowledging the concern without being defensive, offering to resolve it offline. This approach consistently turns one-star reviewers into returning customers and shows every other reader that you take your service seriously. Ignoring it is always the worse option.

Can you get a bad review removed?

Only if it genuinely violates Google's policies (spam, fake, off-topic, offensive content). I flag and report those — Google removes a reasonable percentage.
