Do you work on sites you did not build?
Yes. I run a health audit on any new site before onboarding it to a care plan — that way I know what I am looking after and you know what state the site is in before we start.
What platforms do you support?
WordPress (including WooCommerce), Shopify, and static sites (Next.js, plain HTML). If your site runs on something else, ask and I will tell you whether it makes sense.
What if my site gets hacked?
I restore from the most recent clean backup, scan for the entry point, patch it, and get you back online — same day for active care plan clients. This is why offsite daily backups are non-negotiable.
What does the 30-minute content update actually cover?
Swapping a team photo, updating an opening hours line, changing a price, adding a new service to the menu — the small things that pile up and never get done. Bigger jobs (new page builds, redesign sections) are quoted separately.
Can I get more than 30 minutes of content changes?
Yes. Extra work is billed at my standard hourly rate. Most months you will not need it — but when you do, you get priority scheduling and the hourly rate is lower than my one-off project rate.
Is hosting included?
For WordPress sites, the Growth Care tier includes managed hosting on fast Australian servers. Starter tier assumes you have existing hosting and I just look after the site. Shopify sites handle their own hosting through the Shopify platform.
What if I only have a static site with no WordPress?
Static sites need less maintenance but still benefit from uptime monitoring, backups, performance checks and DNS management. I have a lighter-touch plan for static sites — ask for the details.
