REBRANDING IN ROCKHAMPTON
Same great business. A brand that finally looks the part.
THE PROBLEM
WHAT MOST ROCKHAMPTON BUSINESSES ARE DEALING WITH.
There is a particular type of Rockhampton business that is doing really well — solid reputation, repeat customers, good word of mouth — but their brand looks like it was thrown together in 2011 and nobody has touched it since. The logo is a clip-art wordmark, the website looks dated, and the Facebook cover photo has been the same stock image for four years. The business has grown but the brand has not kept up. Customers who find you online get a completely different impression to the one you actually deserve.
WHY IT MATTERS
WHY FIXING THIS MOVES THE NUMBERS.
- 01Your brand is the first thing a new customer judges before they ever speak to you — it needs to match the quality of your actual work.
- 02An outdated brand actively loses you customers who make an instant judgment and click away.
- 03Consistent branding across website, socials and print builds recognition — the more places people see the same look, the faster trust builds.
- 04A refreshed brand gives existing customers something to talk about and signals that the business is growing.
- 05Good brand guidelines mean every piece of content you produce from here on looks deliberate instead of random.

How Much Does a Website Cost in Rockhampton? (2026 Guide)
Every week a Rockhampton business owner is quoted $500, $5,000 and $15,000 for the same website. One of those quotes is costing you leads right now. Here is what a website should actually cost in 2026, and what the cheap ones quietly cost you 12 months later.
FREQUENTLY ASKED
QUESTIONS I GET ASKED.
Do I need a full rebrand or just a logo update?
Depends. If the logo is the main issue and everything else is consistent, a logo update is faster and cheaper. If the whole visual identity feels scattered — different colours on the website vs socials vs signage — a proper rebrand that locks everything in together is a better investment. Book a free call and I will tell you honestly which one you need.
Will you design the logo from scratch?
If the existing logo is fundamentally broken, yes — I design from scratch or commission a specialist. If it just needs modernising, a refresh (evolving what exists rather than replacing it) is usually cheaper and keeps brand recognition intact. I will tell you which approach is right after the audit.
How long does a rebrand take?
Three to five weeks from brief to full rollout, depending on revision rounds and how quickly you can provide feedback. The logo and identity step is usually the longest — once that is approved, applying it to the website and social templates moves quickly.
What file formats will I receive?
Every format you will ever need: AI or SVG (vector, print-ready), PNG (web, transparent background), PDF, plus Canva or Figma template files for the social templates. Black, white and colour versions of the logo. You will never need to come back and ask for a different format.
Can I keep my existing website and just update the look?
Yes. The rebrand package can be applied to an existing website as a visual refresh — updated colours, fonts, imagery and copy where needed — without a full rebuild. If the existing site is too outdated technically to update cleanly, a rebuild is sometimes cheaper than extensive patching.
Will the rebrand affect my existing customers?
Done well, existing customers barely notice consciously — they just notice the business looks better. The goal of a refresh is evolution, not a complete identity change. If your brand recognition is a core asset (your logo is on vehicles, uniforms, signage), I factor that into the brief so any changes feel like a natural upgrade.
