CAN YOU FLY IN YEPPOON?
Rockhampton Airport is the controlled aerodrome in this part of CQ, and it is inland, not on the coast. Every Yeppoon and Emu Park address still gets an airspace check before a drone shoot is booked, and coastal shoots are planned around the wind.
All drone work is done by a CASA accredited, registered and insured operator flying a DJI Air 3S.

Can you show how close a house is to the beach?
Yes, that is what the drone is for on the coast. An aerial with the house, the street and the beach in one frame answers the question buyers ask first. Each address gets an airspace check before the shoot is booked.
What happens if it's too windy to fly?
Drone work depends on the weather, and the coast gets windy. If it isn't safe to fly, we agree a new time for the drone. The inside photos and floor plan don't depend on the wind.
