REAL ESTATE PHOTOGRAPHY IN EMERALD
Drone, inside photos, floor plans and listing films for Emerald and the Central Highlands, where a lot of listings are about the land. About 3 hours from Rockhampton, so on-site shoots are quoted on request.
Listing in Emerald
WHAT SELLS A EMERALD LISTING.
Emerald is about three hours west of Rockhampton in the Central Highlands. Plenty of listings out here are rural residential blocks and acreage, where buyers want to see the land, the sheds and the access before they make the drive. That is drone work first, then inside photos and a floor plan.
A top-down drone photo with the boundary marked, like the 1,200 m² block in the Gracemere example, does a lot of explaining on a big block. In town, Emerald homes get the same treatment as anywhere else: every room shot wide and level, and a floor plan with room sizes.

CAN YOU FLY IN EMERALD?
Emerald Airport is a controlled aerodrome close to town, so addresses near it need an extra check, and some can't be flown. Acreage further out is usually simpler, but every address is still checked before a quote goes out.
All drone work is done by a CASA accredited, registered and insured operator flying a DJI Air 3S.

HOW THE FREE LISTING WORKS HERE.

Frequently asked
EMERALD QUESTIONS.
Do you shoot acreage and rural properties around Emerald?
Yes, quoted on request because of the travel. On acreage the drone shows the block, the sheds and the fence lines, and the boundary can be marked on a top-down photo like the Gracemere example.
How does the free first listing work in Emerald?
It is a video made from your existing listing photos: a 51-second film plus a vertical reel for Facebook and Instagram. No trip is needed, and you approve it before it is used.
Can you fly a drone near Emerald Airport?
Not always. Emerald Airport is a controlled aerodrome close to town, so nearby addresses need an extra check and some can't be flown. Every address is checked before I quote.
