Real estate video · Rockhampton & Capricorn Coast

Real estate listing videos: Rockhampton & Yeppoon.

A sample film for local agents, on the beachfront at Rosslyn. It is 51 seconds long, in landscape for the listing and vertical for social, and was made from the listing photos. When a property needs more, I shoot the drone footage myself and cut it in.

10 Kempsea Avenue

A restored Queenslander on absolute beachfront, originally the Biloela CWA Hall. The film opens over the coast, goes through the gate and the house, out to the deck and fire pit, and ends on a dusk aerial with Kemp Beach, Rosslyn Bay Marina and Yeppoon mapped out.

From the photos, or from the drone

The sample film is made from the photos already on the listing. Each room photo is turned into a short clip with AI video tools, using one slow camera move per room, the kind you would get from a gimbal or a drone. Nobody has to book a time with the vendor or come back to the house.

When the listing photos cannot show what sells the place, like acreage, a view or a big block, I fly the drone myself and shoot fresh aerials of the house and what is around it, then cut them into the same film. I am a CASA accredited, registered and insured drone operator.

Either way, the clips are cut together in the order you would walk through the house, graded to match, and each one runs about five seconds so the whole film stays under a minute.

Titles that do the selling

Over the footage are the things buyers ask about first: the address, bedrooms, bathrooms, car spaces and land size, plus a line on what makes each room worth a look. The end card carries the price guide, the inspection time and the agency.

Every title and number on screen comes from the listing itself. If the listing does not say it, the film does not either.

One film, two formats

Each film comes in landscape 16:9 for the listing, YouTube and the agency website, and vertical 9:16 for Reels, TikTok and Stories. The vertical cut pans across each room so the kitchen or the view does not get cropped out.

The music is written for each film, so there is no licence to sort out before the agent posts it.

Selling a property?

The film is part of the listing launch, along with drone shots and a Facebook and Instagram ad for the listing. The first listing is free, so you can see how it goes before you pay for one.
